I joined to help with my health and mobility.  It helped to bring my high blood pressure down, I’ve lost weight, inches and it has also helped me with my diabetes. Over the years you try different things, different diets but I’ve never lost weight or lost inches like I have here.

The results I’ve had are absolutely brilliant the actual results are 38 inches lost, 1 and a half stone without any changes to my eating or drinking habits, which is wonderful.  I was a size 16 before now I am a neat size 10 and I am very very pleased. The machines are absolutely fantastic to use, you can either put a little bit effort, no effort or a lot of effort.  They are easy to use, and couldn’t harm anyone.

When I came here I had a walking stick that I’d been using for years.  The machines have given me a lot of mobility which I need.  I might be 75 but underneath I am only 21 and I need to do so much, I don’t want to sit in a chair.

I would recommend it as it is ladies only.  You don’t have to dress up in special gym clothes, everyone is so very friendly, it gives you everything that a normal gym can give you but its more intimate and so formal, and you can talk and chat amongst yourselves.
